All deliveries are made using WeTransfer.com File Delivery Service. You will receive an email from WeTransfer with MyPowerDrops as the sender with your unique Order Number in the subject line. Downloads are valid for up to 4 weeks.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Typically, delivery is made within 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends and major US holidays) These times can fluctuate depending on our current workload but normally averages 3 business days.

I'm in a hurry and need my files FAST.... can this be done?

Yes.... by selecting "Rapid-Delivery" in the details section of any item that you are ordering. Rapid-Delivery is within 24 business hours. Orders placed outside our normal business hours will be processed the following business day. There is a nominal fee for this service as it bumps you to the front of the order processing line.

What are your Business Hours?

Our normal Business Hours are Mon-Fri 10 am-6 pm US Eastern Time (excluding weekends and major US holidays) Occasionally we are in the studio on the weekends or as time permits.
